SYMPTOMS
You have embedded managed resources that have the same interfaces as the System.Resources.ResourceSet class. You cannot emit these embedded managed resources with the reflection emit API in the Microsoft Common Language Runtime 1.1.
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
