  • Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services

We distribute SQL Server 2000 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that are included with the previous SQL Server 2000 hotfix release.

SYMPTOMS

When certain changes are made to the member properties in a dimension, the dimension properties must be rebuilt. Previously, this kind of change did not warn the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services database administrator (DBA) that a full rebuild of the dimension properties may be required. This Microsoft SQL Server 2000 hotfix package now warns the DBA when such changes are made to the member properties in a dimension.
