SYMPTOMS

When you try to migrate folders or mailboxes from an IBM Lotus Notes server to your Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 computer, some items may not be migrated successfully.

CAUSE

This problem may occur when the folder or the mailbox on the Lotus Notes server contains more than 16,128 items.

RESOLUTION

Service pack information
