SYMPTOMS
When you try to download a large file from a Web site while you are running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, you may receive a "Stop 0x7E" error message. You will experience this problem if the file that you are downloading is 8.5 gigabytes (GB) or larger.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because of a buffer issue in the Http.sys file.
RESOLUTION
