SYMPTOMS

When a program or a service stops responding, Windows Error Reporting may not create a dump file. In addition, an incomplete Drwtsn32.log file may be written.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the computer is working under a heavy load or if there are many threads open.

RESOLUTION
