SYMPTOMS

When you use the Execution Location connection string property and the Default Isolation Mode connection string property to force a Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) expression to run on a computer that is running Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services 64-bit, the results of the MDX query are not correct.

Note This problem only occurs on computers that are running Analysis Services 64-bit.

RESOLUTION

Service pack information

Hotfix information

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this article.

This problem was first corrected in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 4.
