INTRODUCTION
An update is available for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and Exchange 2000 Server. The update contains a feature that lets the transport function use a new messaging database external interface (MDBEIF) API to verify the mailbox quota in the Exchange store before the system transfers the message for delivery.
