Microsoft SQL Server 2000 fixes are distributed as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2000 fix release.

SYMPTOMS

Under stress conditions, when you try to run concurrent transactions on a heap (a table that does not have a clustered index defined) and the heap has at least one nonclustered index defined on it, the following error message may be logged in the SQL Server error log file:
