To create new custom stationery, follow these steps:

  1. On the File menu, click New.
  2. In the Change Stationery area of the New task pane, select the stationery that you want to base your new stationery on.


For example, click Blank, and then click Default.

  1. Create the stationery that you want.


Note You may not see the choice to create stationary until you click the Expand icon.

  1. In the Change Stationery area of the New task pane, click Save current page as stationery.
  2. In the Save As Stationery dialog box, type a name for your new stationery in the Stationery Name box, and then click Save.

To use your new custom stationery for a new page, follow these steps:

  1. On the File menu, click New.
  2. In the Change Stationery area of the New task pane, click My Stationery, and then click the new stationery that you created.

For more information about stationery, click Microsoft Office OneNote Help on the Help menu, type stationery in the Search for box in the Assistance pane, and then click Start searching to view the topic.
