SYMPTOMS
When you try to open a document with Microsoft Word 97 in Virtual PC for Mac, the document may not open.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when both of the following conditions are true:
- There is a space in the file name, such as Test Document.doc.
- The virtual machine is running a French language version of Microsoft Windows.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, rename the file so that there are no spaces in the file name.
