Article ID: 824680

Article Last Modified on 10/25/2005

APPLIES TO

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1

SYMPTOMS

The PhoneCall control does not render correctly when a plus sign (+) character is included in the telephone number. Because the carrier expands the plus sign character in the international dialing sequence, telephone numbers for international calls are not dialed correctly.

This problem occurs on mobile devices that are running Microsoft Windows Pocket PC Phone Edition.
