SYMPTOMS

When you use the CCS_LEFT or the CCS_RIGHT command control style to create a toolbar, and then you dock the toolbar on the left side or on the right side of the window, the buttons are drawn horizontally instead of vertically. Additionally, the first button is visible, but the other buttons are drawn outside the visible portion of the toolbar window.
