SYMPTOMS
The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service (Store.exe) uses more of the available CPU resources than you expect. If you view the Processes tab in Windows Task Manager, CPU utilization for Store.exe may reach up to 100%.
CAUSE
This issue may occur when Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 processes a message that contains an incorrect header.
