SYMPTOMS
When you try to drag an object in the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in (Dsa.msc), you may receive the prohibition sign (a circle with a line through it).
CAUSE
This issue may occur when two different object types have the same name. For example, if you try to drag a User object into an Organizational object, and both object types have the same name, you receive the prohibition sign.

File Information
The English version of this fix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
