SYMPTOMS
Your Windows Server 2003-based computer may stop responding and you may receive a Stop error message that is similar to the following:
CAUSE
This problem may occur if all of the following conditions are true:
- Third-party enterprise storage management software is installed on the computer.
- You are using the Storport.sys storage driver.
- Windows Server 2003 incorrectly processes the Startlo routine in Storport.sys.
