SYMPTOMS
When you run a program that accesses a data file, if the data file is on a volume that is managed by the Single Instance Store (SIS) service, you may receive a STOP 0x0000000A error message. For example, you may receive this error message when an accounting program accesses a data file.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if the program that is accessing the data file on the SIS managed volume uses byte range locking.
