SYMPTOMS

You may receive the following error when you restart Microsoft Message Queuing, also known as MSMQ:

Stop 0x00000050

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, make the MQAC driver track how many Queue Manager handles are opened. ACConnect fails if the count is not 0. The Queue Manager tries to call ACConnect three times, and it waits 20 seconds between each call. Queue Manager exits if it cannot connect to ACConnect.

STATUS
