SYMPTOMS
When you add a new Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 site to an existing Exchange Server 5.5 organization, the Exchange directory information is not up to date on the Exchange server in the new site. Additionally, you may notice that replication is frequently restarted at Update Sequence Number (USN) 0 that prevents the replication process from completing.
RESOLUTION

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.

Note Because of file dependencies, this update requires Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4.
