SYMPTOMS
When you use Windows Terminal Server with Citrix Metaframe clients, and many of the clients are disconnected, the Terminal Server sessions may not be disconnected, and eventually the server may stop responding (hang).
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the threads in the critical work queue are pending an ICA buffer allocation. As a result, other important work items are stuck in the System Critical Work Queue.
