SYMPTOMS

If you schedule a reoccurring appointment that occurs over the daylight saving time change by using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), when you view the appointment by using OWA or Microsoft Outlook, the appointment time may be incorrect. The appointment time is displayed one hour later than the actual scheduled start time.

Example

You are using OWA from a computer with time zone settings of Jerusalem DST for 2003, and you schedule the appointment to start at 2:00 PM. When you view the appointment, the start time is displayed as 3:00 PM instead of 2:00 PM.

Note In OWA, the time zone is set to Jerusalem GMT+2.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, all the Exchange computers in the related time zones must have the fix applied to them.
