SYMPTOMS

If the first retry queue of a COM+ queued application is deleted, the application cannot be started. When this problem occurs, you receive the following error messages in the event log:

MQPathNameToFormatName : The queue does not exist, or you do not have sufficient permissions to perform the operation.
