SYMPTOMS
Accessing a floppy drive that has no disk loaded causes the SAF application to fail, and leaves MS-DOS in an unstable condition.
WORKAROUND
Reset the MS-DOS workstation.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server versions 1.1 and 1.11 MS-DOS SAF. This problem was corrected in SQL Server SAF version 4.2. For more information contact your primary support provider.
