Files Created during Paintbrush 4.00 Setup ID: Q51166 The information in this article applies to: Microsoft Paintbrush for MS-DOS, version 4.0 SUMMARY PBSETUP for Microsoft Paintbrush 4.0 creates the following five files during the installation: PAINTBR.OV1 PAINT.BAT SYS.FNT PBRUSH.INI PBSYS.OV1 MORE INFORMATION PAINTBR.OV1 You can manually create PAINTBR.OV1 by copying the file PBX.OV1 from the Paintbrush UTILITIES disk into the PBRUSH directory and renaming it PAINTBR.OV1. If PBSETUP fails to create this file, the following error message is displayed when PAINT.BAT is executed: Could not read Program overlay PAINT.BAT PAINT.BAT is a batch file used to execute Paintbrush. SYS.FNT SYS.FNT determines the size of the text displayed on the Paintbrush screen.
