SUMMARY

Works Versions 1.x and 2.00 do not correctly account for leap years in all cases. For example, the year 1900 is incorrectly recognized as a leap year, when by definition it is not one.

By definition, the 366-day leap year occurs every year that is evenly divisible by four (for example, 1988, 1992, etc.). However, to be more precise, a leap year is every year that is evenly divisible by four, except for years that are evenly divisible by 100 (for example, 1900, 2000, etc.), unless those particular years are evenly divisible by 400 (for example, 1600, 2000, etc.).
