Summary:

To create a chart from noncontiguous columns, do the following:

Using a Mouse

  1. Highlight the column containing the row headings, including the blank cell above the headings.
  2. Hold down the CTRL key while highlighting the column or columns with the numbers.
  3. Press the F11 key, or select the Chart icon (version 3.0).

Using the Keyboard

  1. Highlight the column containing the row headings, including the blank cell above the headings, using the arrow keys while holding down the SHIFT key.
  2. Press SHIFT+F8
  3. Highlight the column of numbers. If there is more than one column of numbers, repeat steps 2 and 3.
  4. Press the F11 key.
