Summary:
To create a chart from noncontiguous columns, do the following:
Using a Mouse
- Highlight the column containing the row headings, including the blank cell above the headings.
- Hold down the CTRL key while highlighting the column or columns with the numbers.
- Press the F11 key, or select the Chart icon (version 3.0).
Using the Keyboard
- Highlight the column containing the row headings, including the blank cell above the headings, using the arrow keys while holding down the SHIFT key.
- Press SHIFT+F8
- Highlight the column of numbers. If there is more than one column of numbers, repeat steps 2 and 3.
- Press the F11 key.
