SUMMARY
Word will not print justified text using the Macintosh fonts on the Hewlett-Packard DeskJet (HP) printer. To print with full justification, you need to print using the fonts built into the HP DeskJet printer.
To print with full justification, do the following:
- From the File menu, choose Print.
- Select the option that will allow you to use the printer’s built-in fonts.
- Choose OK.
The DeskJet font is Courier, a monospace font.
If the Macintosh fonts are selected, the printout will have a jagged right edge, as if justification was not applied. This is visible in Print Preview.
