Microsoft Project does not include the capability to calculate Julian dates. This feature is under review and will be considered for inclusion in a future release.
WORKAROUND
To workaround this limitation, you can copy the information from Project, and paste it into a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel and perform the calculations in the spreadsheet.
