SUMMARY

With Works Version 2.0 and 3.0, you can have 8 files open at once. Each open file appears in its own window and is listed as a numbered command on the Window menu. You work with only one file at a time.

Use one of the following methods to switch between windows:

  1. Click anywhere in the window you want to switch to if using a mouse.

  2. Open the Window menu (ALT+W), and choose the numbered command that names the file you want to work in.

The window you choose becomes the active window.

  3. To switch to the next or previous window using shortcut keys, press CTRL+F6 or SHIFT+CTRL+F6.
