The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Works for MS-DOS, versions 2.0 and 3.0

Summary:

Versions 2.0 and 3.0 of Microsoft Works for MS-DOS do not resize overlapping windows when you change the number of lines on the display.

For example, if you start Works and open a new Word Processor file in 43-line mode, the window takes the entire screen. If you later change to 25-line mode, the bottom half of the Word Processor window is not visible on the screen.

To resize the window for the new line mode (in this example, 25-line mode), choose either Arrange All or Maximize from the Window menu.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
