SUMMARY

When selecting an item in the Commands dialog box that has a box for entering a custom number (for example, the amount of space to superscript), typing in a custom number may cause the Remove button to be active instead of the Add button. This happens only when the default item is already added to a menu.

For example, if subscript is selected in Commands, with 3 point as the default, and it is already in the Format menu, the Remove button will be active to enable removal of the item from the menu. When a new measurement is typed in that is not in the menu (for example, 1 point), the Remove button will not change to an Add button. Selecting Remove at this point adds the item to the appropriate menu.

This problem occurs with the Columns, Condensed, Expanded, Font Size, Subscript, and Superscript commands.
