Summary:

When sending Microsoft PowerPoint Version 2.01 presentation files to a Genigraphics service center using the GraphicsLink software, you must first select the Genigraphics driver from the Chooser and print an output file to disk. Some print spooler software can interfere with the ability of the driver software to create the output file.

Typically, when using a spooler, the Billing Information window does not appear after the Job Instructions window is accessed. Also, the output file is not successfully created in the Genigraphics folder when the printing job seems to be finished.

The problem stems from the fact that the Genigraphics driver is also a print spooler, and must be allowed explicit control over the creation of the detailed printer instructions required for the Genigraphics camera. Super Laser Spool, made by SuperMac Software, is one spooler that interferes with the Genigraphics driver.
