Microsoft Project for Windows and Macintosh is able to select up to 10 noncontiguous areas. These areas can be selected by clicking and dragging the first area with the mouse, then holding down the CTRL key and clicking and dragging all subsequent areas. You can also select the areas by selecting the first area by holding down the SHIFT key while pressing an arrow key, and then pressing SHIFT+F8, moving to the next area, and then selecting it by holding down the SHIFT key while pressing an arrow key.
