SUMMARY

Works sometimes puts spaces before or after a set of tab leader characters. This occurs most notably with large fonts, and more commonly with large, proportionally spaced fonts.

Works tries to fill the area of the tab with as many leader characters as will fit. The larger the font, the less chance that the space taken up by the tab will exactly match a set number of characters to fill in the space. Therefore, extra spaces may be required before and after the leader characters of a tab.
