SUMMARY
While in Outline Edit or Outline Organize mode in Microsoft Word for MS- DOS, footnotes and annotations are not displayed in print preview and do not print.
To preview or print footnotes and/or annotations, you need exit Outline mode by hitting Shift+F2.
