Word 5.00: Not Enough Memory When Running DCA[RFT] Macros
PSS ID Number: Q47268 Article last modified on 11-02-1994

MS-DOS
SUMMARY
In Microsoft Word for MS-DOS version 5.0, a message indicating that the WORD_DCA program is too large to fit into memory may occur when running the supplied macros, DCA_SAVE.MAC or DCA_LOAD.MAC. After the message occurs, the macro stops.
This problem arises when there is not enough conventional memory to run the WORD_DCA converter when you shell out from Word. The WORD_DCA converter requires approximately 100K of available memory to run.
