SUMMARY
The template on the Word version 4.00 Utilities 2 disk for LW 1 x 2 5/8, 3 up (30) mailing labels is set up for 27 labels rather than 30.
To correct this problem, follow these steps:
- Select LW 1 x 2 5/8, 3 up (30) from the Mailing Labels Docs folder inside the Mailing Label folder on the Word Utilities 2 disk.
- Select the last nine lines of text (highlight from the beginning of the NEXT statement to the end of the document).
- From the Edit menu, choose Copy.
- Position the insertion point at the very end of the document and press the RETURN key on the main keyboard to add a blank line.
- From the Edit menu, choose Paste three times to paste in the missing information.
- Press BACKSPACE (or DEL) once to delete the second-to-last paragraph mark.
- Save the document, and Print Merge as usual.
