SUMMARY

In Word Version 5.00, it is possible to combine portrait and landscape orientations in a document if the printer has autorotation capabilities.

If the Print Options “queued:” field is set to Yes when printing a document formatted in this manner, the printer will pause when a change in orientation is encountered, and will ask for a different paper tray. If you choose to continue printing the document at this point, the printer will continue to print in the same orientation.

Setting the Print Options “queued:” field to No corrects this problem and prints both orientations without interruption.
