Cannot Undo Last Key Sorted in Q+E

Last reviewed: October 31, 1994
Article ID: Q45976

Question: I have sorted on a number of fields, and I sorted on ascending rather than descending order on the last field I sorted. Is there a way that I can remove only the last sort key?

Response:

You cannot undo a sort on the last key using the Edit Undo Command, but you can however modify the SQL statement that Q+E creates to remove the last sort key. To do this choose Select SQL Query and remove the last key from the order by line.
