Summary:

The File Save Workspace command saves all open files as a unit. This command also saves the screen layout of your files.

If you need to make changes to an individual file of the Workspace, you can save it normally. The changes in your sheet are saved and the definition of the Workspace is still valid.

Use this method, for example, if you are using these files for a demonstration and need them in a certain format on the screen.
