SUMMARY
If you are using Microsoft Word version 4.00 with legal size (8.5 inch x 14 inch) paper on a PostScript printer and use Format Division Layout command to place footnote text at the end of the document, the second page of footnote text will print approximately 3 inches below the top margin and will run off the bottom of the page.
This problem was corrected in Word Version 5.00.
