Summary:
To change field format information in Microsoft File versions 1.x and 2.00 for all of the fields in a database at the same time, do the following:
- From the Form menu, choose Show Form.
- From the Edit menu, choose Select All to highlight all of the fields.
- From the Form menu, choose Format Field.
- Change the desired format information.
Using this method, you can change the settings for Align, Style, and Index.
