File: Changing Field Format Information for All Fields

Summary:

To change field format information in Microsoft File versions 1.x and 2.00 for all of the fields in a database at the same time, do the following:

  1. From the Form menu, choose Show Form.
  2. From the Edit menu, choose Select All to highlight all of the fields.
  3. From the Form menu, choose Format Field.
  4. Change the desired format information.

Using this method, you can change the settings for Align, Style, and Index.
