Summary:
Microsoft Project for Windows and Macintosh allows you to enter filters with as much (up to 20 criteria) or as little criteria as you desire, including none. Applying a filter that has no criteria is the same as using the All Tasks (Resources) filter since all the tasks or resources will match the null criteria and will be displayed.
