From Outlining view in Microsoft Word version 4.00, only the first line of a header and no part of the footer will appear in Print Preview, or will print. Also, side borders on table cells that appear in the first line of a header may shift to the right (while the text remains in its specified position).
To print the document with full headers and/or footers, print from Galley View, Page View, or Print Preview.
