The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Works for the Macintosh, versions 2.0 and 3.0

SUMMARY

In the Works Word Processor module, you cannot scroll through a screen that contains either large graphics or columns of text that extend off the screen. However, underlying text (for example, paragraph marks) in the document will allow you to scroll to the bottom of the document.

To make the bottom portion of the document accessible:

  1. From the Edit menu, choose Draw Off.
  2. Press the RETURN key several times to insert blank lines below the graphic.
  3. From the Edit menu, choose Draw On.

You will now be able to scroll to lower portions of the graphic.

MORE INFORMATION

This behavior has been corrected in Works version 4.0 for the Macintosh.
