SUMMARY
Word Version 4.00 does not provide direct support for the Epson LX-800 printer. Epson technical support recommends using the print driver for the Epson EX-800/1000 (EPSONEX.PRD).
Word 5.00 directly supports the Epson LX-800 printer. With Word Version 5.00, use the EPLX800.PRD printer driver.
Note: Microsoft has not tested Word Version 4.00 with the above mentioned configuration. We cannot confirm or guarantee the results.
