SUMMARY
When using the Multiple Labels feature for printing multicolumn labels to a LaserWriter in Microsoft Works version 2.00, the last row of labels is skipped if there is a page break at the bottom of the Word Processor merge document.
For multicolumn labels to print properly, choose Spacing from the Format menu, and choose 6 Lines Per Inch from the Spacing submenu; otherwise, the labels will not be correctly spaced. Also, be sure to choose Multiple Labels from the Edit menu, and delete any extra carriage returns at the end of the document that may generate an additional page break.
For more information on using the Multiple Labels feature to print multicolumn labels, see pages 381-392 of the “Using Microsoft Works” version 2.0 manual.
