Article ID: Q41284

Summary:

To fit more than one line of information in a Microsoft File field or to create a larger space for graphics, make the field taller, as follows:

  1. From the Form menu, choose List Helper if it doesn't have a check beside it.
  2. Point to the bottom line of the fields.
  3. When the cursor turns into an up-and-down arrow, drag the line down until the fields are the correct height.
