The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft COBOL for MS-DOS, versions 3.0 and 3.0a

Summary: It has been reported that the SETUP program for the Microsoft COBOL Compiler Version 3.0 and 3.0a may not work correctly with Borland’s Sidekick resident in memory. The symptoms of this problem are that SETUP does not wait for disks to be changed and prints many “File not found” messages. This problem has not been verified by Microsoft. This problem can be corrected by removing Sidekick and running SETUP again.
