No Revision Bars for Multiple Columns in Show Layout

SUMMARY
Create a document that has more than one column. Choose Format revision-Marks, choose Yes in the “add revision marks” field, and edit the document. Redline (strike through) text in all columns. Turn on Show Layout. Notice the revision bars only appear in the far-left column. The revision bars are omitted for all other columns.
Revision bars appear only in the style bar, which is on the far-left of the screen.
